Whenever necessary to organise a trip or experience, certain data may be shared with the partners and service providers involved in delivering the services you have requested or contracted.

What we collect

We only collect the information you provide through our contact form or via WhatsApp: name, email address, telephone number, country of residence, destination of interest, number of travellers, preferred dates, and the message you send us.

We do not collect sensitive personal data. We do not purchase mailing lists. We do not use your data for purposes other than those described in this policy.

What we use it for

We use your data to respond to your enquiry, prepare a travel proposal and, if you decide to proceed, organise your booking.

If you choose to receive news and updates from us, we may also use your data to send you information about new routes and experiences. You can unsubscribe at any time.

On what legal basis

To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal, the legal basis for processing is the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request.

For marketing communications sent by email, the legal basis is your consent.

For how long

Enquiries that did not lead to a trip: 2 years. Completed bookings: the period required by tax and tourism law.

Who we share it with

We may share the information necessary to organise your trip with the service providers involved in delivering it, including hotels, lodges, transport companies, airlines and insurance providers.

We may also share relevant information with the email service provider we use to receive and process contact form submissions.

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Where it is held

Our website is hosted by Vercel, with servers located in the European Union and the United States.

Emails are processed through Resend.

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, such transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, where applicable.

Your rights

You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your data, restriction of processing, objection to processing, or the provision of your data in a portable format.
